Patient, age and sex, patient ID, report ID, referring doctor, sample and both dates are assembled at the top of the page.
ESR 32 mm/hr falls outside the displayed reference range, so it is the one value carrying the warning accent.
Every report closes with a named signatory and an explicit verified state.

Patient reports are the most sensitive thing a laboratory holds. Pathora isolates each lab's data, limits who can see and sign what, and logs every change.
Each laboratory's data is kept isolated from every other lab's, access follows the role you give each user, and backups run on their own every day.
Audit log
Every change is logged — who made it, what changed, and when.
Each user sees and does only what their role allows. You decide who gets which role.
Backups run on their own every day and are encrypted. Deleted data stays deleted, even after a restore.
Only users you authorise can verify a report, and each signature is recorded with the signatory's name and time.

Controller
The laboratory is the controller of its patient data. Pathora processes it only on the laboratory’s instructions.
Deletion requests
A deletion request is acknowledged within 7 days, and completed within 30 days of identity verification.
Written confirmation
Written confirmation by email states exactly what was deleted, and what was retained and why.
Encrypted, and re-applied
Backups are encrypted, and a deletion already carried out is re-applied if a backup is ever restored — deleted data does not come back.
Legal retention
Records the laboratory is legally obliged to preserve are put beyond ordinary use rather than left in the live application.
